6. No "Fixed Matches" Claims

We do NOT provide, promote, or endorse "fixed matches" or guaranteed wins. Such claims do not exist in legitimate sports betting. Any individual or service claiming otherwise is attempting to scam you. BetSniper provides market analysis and intelligence only.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Token System

Tokens purchased on BetSniper are for accessing premium features and insights. Tokens have no cash value outside the Platform and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify token pricing and policies with reasonable notice.

9. Referral Program

Our referral program allows users to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by referred users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent or abusive referral activities will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetSniper and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform announcement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetSniper operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
